Ownership

Average adjusted gross income less than $65,000 over past 3 years

Experience

Demonstrate business management experience and technical expertise in your industry

  • Must be a small business under SBA size standards for your industry NAICS code
  • Demonstrate social and economic disadvantage (requires narrative)

Application Process & Timeline

Register in SAM.gov

Create a SAM.gov account and ensure your business information is complete and accurate. This is required before SBA application.
